1. Information We Collect
When you use the RFQ form, contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, or visit the workshop, we may collect the following information:
- Name and company name
- Phone number and email address
- Service type and material handling preference
- Material grade, quantity, and delivery timeline
- Technical drawings, photos, or other files you send us
- Any additional notes or specifications you provide
2. How We Use It
The information you provide is used only for the following purposes:
- Reviewing your technical drawing for feasibility, material grade, and machine fit
- Preparing and sending you a job-work quote
- Executing the machining job once an order is confirmed
- Maintaining records of client-supplied drawings and orders for reorder and quality purposes
- Responding to your enquiries and technical questions
4. Technical Drawings & Files
Technical drawings, CAD files, and photos you submit are treated as confidential. We store them only for the purpose of quoting, executing, and re-ordering your job. We do not share your drawings with other clients or third parties without your written consent.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Physical drawings and job records are stored securely at the workshop. Digital files are stored on access-controlled devices.
6. Data Retention
Enquiry and RFQ data is retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry. If you become a client, we retain job records and drawings for the duration of our business relationship plus a reasonable period for reorder and warranty purposes. You can request deletion of your enquiry data at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@ramenterprises.in with the subject line 'Data Request'. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
