PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, JPG, and PNG. If you only have a physical sample or rough sketch, send a photo with dimensions on WhatsApp and we'll work from that.
Both are supported. We can work on client-supplied material (job work only) or procure material ourselves (turnkey). Mention your preference in the form or when we contact you.
There is no strict minimum. Single-piece custom jobs and high-volume repetition runs (10,000+ pcs) are both welcome — pricing differs based on setup time per piece.
Usually within 24 to 48 hours for standard jobs. Complex jobs with tight tolerances or unusual materials may take a day longer — we'll tell you upfront.
Yes. For new jobs we turn initial samples and share dimensional check results before running the full batch. This is standard practice, not an add-on.
