Our workshop is centred on practical machining craftsmanship, reliable machine tooling, and strict dimensional discipline. Equipped with single-spindle automatic lathes (Traub), Capstan lathes, and heavy-duty manual lathes, we support both high-volume batch runs and customised single-piece fabrication.
Every order is reviewed against the drawing or sample before a single tool touches metal. Setup, first-piece verification, and in-process inspection are built into the workflow — not bolted on. That's how we hold tolerances across thousands of parts, not just the first.

Drawing & Feasibility Review
We examine tolerances, raw material properties, and tooling requirements before confirming an order. If something in the drawing can't be held on our machines, we flag it before the quote — not after.

Setup & Sample Verification
Initial sample pieces are turned and checked for dimensional accuracy prior to greenlighting full batch production. You approve the sample before we run the batch.

In-Process Quality Inspection
Dimensions are inspected using calibrated measuring tools throughout the production run to ensure repeatable fitment — not just at the ends.

Deburring & Secure Dispatch
Finished components are de-burred, cleaned, counted, and packed securely for dispatch. Every batch ships with a count and inspection note.
